Emergency Plan

In the event of an evacuation, do not use the lifts. Follow the directions of the Wardens and use the nearest safe fire stairs to exit the building.

The building has designated primary and secondary Assembly Areas, located outside the building in the vicinity of Queen Street and Burnett Lane. Please refer to the evacuation diagrams displayed onsite for the designated evacuation route and Assembly Area.

Each company is responsible for ensuring its team is familiar with the relevant emergency procedures and participates in required evacuation exercises. 

We encourage each company to have a nominated Floor Warden in case of an emergency. If your company exceeds a team size of 10, it is required you nominate a Floor Warden within your team.

There are first aid kits located on both levels:

• Level 28: Events space
