Please complete the following steps to be able to print at the Tank Stream Labs Melbourne office.
Step 1. Download the new printing software to your device by following this link: http://10.133.10.101:9163/setup
Step 2. Select a document to print as normal & select the correct printer either:
TSL-FollowMe-BW or TSL-FollowMe-Colour
You will be prompted to input your login credentials. These are the same as your Tank Stream Labs members portal account (i.e. the email and password you use to log in to the portal).
If you don’t remember your details please go to members.tankstreamlabs.com and click on “Forgot Password” to reset your password.
Please note if you change your account username and password it can take up to 24 hours for this change to be reflected on your PaperCut account.
Step 3. Go to the printer and log in using the same members portal credentials, then release your printing.
Important notes:
- Scans will automatically go to your registered email address
- To download and access the printer you will need to be on the Tank Stream Labs network
