Loading Dock Access - Melbourne

Base building access hours for deliveries are Monday to Friday 7.00am - 6pm.

The Passenger lifts can be used for small deliveries, items held and all other daily deliveries must be via security and entry to the site via the loading dock. Please be advised all parking at the loading dock is for a maximum of 15 minutes. 

Large deliveries/pick up of goods/materials need to be booked in via Building Management and security shall provide access to the Loading Dock.

For large deliveries that shall take up to 60 minutes, these deliveries shall not be between the following hours, 08:00am to 09:00am, 11:30am to 01:00pm and 04:00pm to 05:30pm as these are Peak Hours at 440 Collins.

For deliveries/pick up that are scheduled to take longer than 60 minutes, these deliveries/pickups must be scheduled for after normal operating hours of 440 Collins. These types of deliveries/pickups must be scheduled in and approved by Building Management. After hours deliveries will require a security guard at the perimeter (access entry point).
