Quick info for deliveries to Tank Stream Labs Brisbane

The loading dock is shared with other building occupants, so please ensure your delivery provider follows the access requirements below.

Standard deliveries

For regular deliveries, please direct your courier or supplier to the loading dock via Rowes Lane, off Edward Street.

Where possible, deliveries should be scheduled outside of the building's peak periods:

• 7:30am–10:00am
• 12:00pm–2:00pm
• 4:00pm–6:00pm

Delivery vehicles should remain in the loading dock for no longer than 20 minutes and must not park in or obstruct the entry or exit driveways.

Small, hand-held deliveries may be brought through the Ground Floor or Level 1 lift lobbies. All other goods should be delivered via the loading dock.

Planning a large delivery or office move?

Furniture and large deliveries must be arranged in advance.

Please submit a ticket to the TSL team before confirming your delivery so we can coordinate the required access on your behalf.

When submitting your request, please include:

• Preferred delivery date and time
• Company/member name
• Delivery or supplier company
• What is being delivered
• Approximate size/quantity of the delivery
• Vehicle details, if known
• Any additional access requirements

Please allow sufficient notice for us to coordinate your delivery.

Vehicle and access restrictions

For larger deliveries, please make sure your removalist or supplier is aware that the loading dock has a maximum vehicle height of 2.2 metres.

Large goods and furniture cannot be brought through the Ground Floor or Level 1 lift lobbies and must use the designated loading dock route.
