Please find below the booking information for the loading dock. There is a two hour lee-way before and after with loading dock bookings. Please sign in with Base Security (in between Dock 1 and Dock 2) and collect a swipe pass for Lendlease to access the tenancy via the Goods Lift on level 13.
NOTE: Between the hours of 7:00pm and 1:00am from Monday to Friday, access to the lift is reserved exclusively for the cleaners. If you require access during this time, kindly contact the B2 Security team at 0475 100 280. They will assist you in obtaining access to the goods lift.
Please contact your Community Manager, Kathryn, for a 15 minute loading dock QR confirmation.
Location Instructions
Site Access requires a valid booking and appointment bar-code (QR Code) must be presented at the dock office for scanning. Please note in comments field any additional information relevant to your delivery.
To avoid delays please ensure carriers adhere to scheduled booking times for prompt admission. Delivery unload time restriction of 20-30 minutes applies, with large deliveries requiring more time to be scheduled after 12pm.
Safety
You must wear high visibility vests and safety footwear. Max speed limit is 5 km/h, and drive with caution observing pedestrian crossings and mobile plant.
NOTE: Vehicle length must not exceed 12.5m with a maximum gross weight of 25 Ton.
