How to Request New Member Onboarding

To request for new member onboarding please follow the below steps:

Click ‘Submit Ticket’ 

Enter the following information:

'Subject': {Member Name} - {Company Name} - ONBOARDING REQUEST

Select the ‘Category’ relevant to your request - ‘New Member Onboarding’  

Copy, Paste & complete the following details in the 'description'

- New starters full name

- New starters email address

- New starters mobile number

- New starters gender

- Is your new starter replacing a current member of your team? If so, please advise of member name for offboarding purposes. 

Click 'Submit'


Note: We onboard 1 business day prior to the start date to ensure your new starter has time to activate their Tank Stream Labs account and complete their profile. If your new starters email is not set up the day before their start date please advise in the description when submitting your request. If 24 hours prior is a weekend/public holiday, the new starter will be onboarded on their start date. 

When submitting a request for onboarding, an access pass is ordered. Note the relevant charge (according to your membership agreement) will be charged on the company's next invoice.

Access passes are issued on completion of account set up. New members will not be issued an access pass until their account is activated and their profile is complete. Receiving an access pass can take up to two (2) business days from receiving the request (subject to building management).

Once submitted, your request will be sent to your Community Manager and onboarding will commence. If we require any further information we will reach out to you via email.
