To book a meeting room or breakout space, click on either 'Meeting Rooms' or 'Breakout Space' on the side bar. You will then see the calendar showing all meeting rooms and breakout spaces available to you, where you can filter by date and time. It also provides an overview of meeting room/breakout spaces amenities. Once selected, hover over the calendar and time you wish to book.
Meeting rooms and breakout spaces must be checked into within 15 minutes of the start time, otherwise the booking will be cancelled. You will receive an email to check in 15 minutes prior to your booking start time. Otherwise, a check in option will appear on the iPad outside of the meeting room at the start of the booking.
The cancellation policy for meeting rooms is as follows:
- 24h or more before booking start - 0% fee
- 24h - 12h before booking start - 50% fee
- 12h or less before booking start - 100% fee
Bookings that exceed 4 hours are categorised as events and will incur different charges. For longer reservations, please contact your community manager to receive a quote and complete your booking.
